Support Worker Training

Barclay Specialist Care take pride in our training and continual professional development for all staff. We offer full CPD accredited training within three different areas.

Our Staff

In accordance with CQC guidelines we provide all of our staff with industry standard mandatory training to ensure they conduct their duties to these standards.

Specialist Training

In addition to our mandatory training, all staff will receive individualised training specific to the individual care needs of the client they will be caring for.

Online Training Portal

We are proud to offer an online mandatory training package to CCG’s or individuals with a PHB who have a training only requirement via a training contract or Pay As You Go training package. We are happy to offer this service regardless of whether or not you have a PHB or continuing healthcare budget with us.
